anniversary of José Martí’s birth and, on July 26th,
60 years of the assault to the Moncada Barracks.

CASTRO?
Every participant will receive postal issues related to the National Hero of Cuba and the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution.
The
best essays will be published on RHC webpage (www.radiohc.cu)
and shall be read in the philatelic program. Contest deadline is
December 31st,
